Talens Art Creation watercolour paint is a transparent paint that is applied diluted with water. The more water you use, the lighter the colour of the paint becomes. This allows you to work in many different transparent layers to create beautiful colour effects. Watercolour paint does not dry waterproof on, so you can still work the paint with water where necessary. Use these colors on dry paper to create tight details and on wet paper to let the colors flow softly and create seamless color transitions.
